The Oil Field Job is a next-generation, high-fidelity co-operative multiplayer resource designed from the ground up for FiveM servers running QBox, QB-Core, or ESX. It introduces immersive industrial pipeline maintenance workflows featuring 6 dedicated 3D interactive minigames, synchronized crew lobbies, real-time tool physics, dynamic progression with leveling and upgrades, automated quest systems, and comprehensive in-game admin management tools.

👥 Synchronized Multiplayer Lobby System

  • Crew Collaboration (1 to 4 Players): Form a crew with friends, assign dynamic payout equity percentages (must equal 100%), and tackle work routes together.
  • Synchronized Work Sites: Every lobby member shares the same assigned oil field sites, visual props, real-time task progression, and completion feedback.
  • Anti-Crash & Ghost Lobby Protection: If a worker crashes or disconnects mid-route, their earned share and pending payouts are safely preserved. Rejoining players automatically reconnect to the active route with full progress intact.
  • Proximity & Range Verification: The lobby leader can only initiate work routes when all crew members are within base range, preventing AFK exploiters.

Every task features bespoke 3D props, animations, audio effects, and realistic interaction mechanics:

  1. Pipeline Flange Assembly: Align an industrial impact driver with 8 flange bolts using raycast targeting, counter the nut with a holding wrench, and torque them down with realistic recoil and camera shake.
  2. Rust Removal: Power up an angle grinder with LMB and move across corroded metal surfaces to grind away rust planes until the pipe gleams.
  3. Valve Regulation: Calibrate pressure valves using continuous circular mouse rotations against simulated pressure bleed, holding within target manometer zones for 3 seconds to stabilize the system.
  4. Pipeline Welding: Perform orbital welding joints with active thermal simulation. Manage heat dissipation to prevent the torch from overheating and incurring time penalties.
  5. Pipeline Cutting: Sever compromised pipe segments with a gas cutting torch, actively balancing cutting speed against tool temperature thresholds.

  • Workaholic Master Trait: Max out all tool upgrades to unlock a permanent global +5% bonus across all stats.
  • Server Leaderboard: Track top workers with cached database rankings based on completed routes, total earnings, and duty hours.

📋 Daily & Weekly Quests

  • Automated Rotation: Daily quests rotate every 24 hours at midnight; weekly quests reset every Monday.
  • Diverse Objectives: Objectives range from completing general tasks and earning money, to logging shift duty hours and mastering specific tasks (e.g. assembling flanges or welding joints).
  • Extra Payouts & XP: Completing quests awards instant cash deposits and character XP.

👑 Comprehensive In-Game Admin Suites

  • Task Manager (/oiltaskmanager): Create new work sites, edit existing sites, place tasks using an interactive 3D gizmo with prop previews, and test any site on demand with the Debug Load feature without restarting the server.
  • Bonus Manager (/oilbonusmanager): Trigger instant global bonus multipliers or schedule future holiday/weekend events with built-in date-time pickers.

🚚 Custom Vehicle & Workwear Support
